Brilliant experience all round - honest and no pressure sale. He advised me of a couple of faults over the phone which didn't put me off the car. After the test drive I was starting to have doubts so he paid to have them fixed there and then with no hassle, making it clear I was under no obligation to buy afterwards. Genuine chap, if you're looking for a used car rest easy with this trader because he's as good as they come.

Five Star Service
Brilliant service from Arif. The car is perfect, had a small problem after we bought the car & he got it booked into a garage the day after, paid for the repair & had it back to me in a day. Value for Money Car
Arif sold me a car. Identified there was an issue with a suspension spring while test driving. He offered to refund the price to get it fixed by a local garage of my choice. The garage then identified other issues with the car which was frustrating as the car was described as amazing. however, Arif was quick in offering to fix all of the issues and then dropped the car back off to me a couple of days later.

Buying from Lostock
Picked my car up yesterday. Made some arrangements over the phone due to large travelling distance and all went very smooth. I was collected from the train station by Arif who took me to the car I was viewing followed by a lengthy test drive and this lead to an eventual deal being made. He assisted me with the admin stuff (V5 , road tax ect) and after this I was on my merry way. Good communication throughout the sale right up to I got back to Scotland. Would do business again for sure.
